General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Dedicated permissions for User/Group

Hello everybody,
I'm new in Joomla.

I installed Joomla and created the page.

Now I want to create users and groups. These Groups should be able to create their articles, but they should have only the permission to create, edit, publish and delete articles in just one (ore more) specific category.

What is the best way to implement this safely?
