I use a paid solution that works on Joomla 3, Joomla 4 and Joomla 5: YOOtheme Pro.
With that template software I determine a Layout,
create a Style (or select a nice preset style based on their templates),
and create what they call "Templates" (views for Category Blog pages, and Single Article pages)
to dynamically load Joomla category content and article content.
The performance is fast, it is mobile friendly (responsive for 4 different screen sizes: Large, desktop, tablet and mobile).
