The upgrade from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 failed for three reasons:
Delete the filesystem and DROP the database tables in your existing website. After making the changes referred to above, restore the site from the Akeeba Backup file that you made when your site was at Joomla 3; uninistall JCK and check that the website works with Joomla 3.10.10, then try the update again. Good luck.
- Session Path Writable is not enabled. Contact your webhost provide to enable it. You were told about this before.
- Open Base Directive is in effect. Contact your webhost provider to remove the open base directive. You were told about this before.
- Max. Input Time is undefined; this causes the upgrade to end before finishing. Set Max. Input Time to a value between 60 and 120.
