I think your migration failed,as you have templates there from Joomla 3.x and 2.5.x - Protostar, Hathor, Bluestork, Atomic, Beez_20, Beez3, Beez 2.5 should not be there at all.
If the 2.5.x templates were there, even in the time using 3.10.12 then there was something seriously wrong even at that point.
I would restore from backup and try again. Restoring backup means deleting all files, and dropping all tables in the database and restoring with your Akeeba Backup archive.
The only server setting I can see that might be wrong is "Allow url fopen: No " which should possibly be set to "Yes" (done in your web server / PHP settings with your web host).
