General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Updates are available not correct

Recently (on 5.2.1), I have seen this scenario:

Login and see the notification "Updates are available! 1"
I click it, update the item listed
I go back to the Home Dashboard and see "Updates are available 1"
I click it and get "There are no updates available at the moment".

Why does the Dashboard show there are if there aren't?

I saw someone else mention this in another site recently as well.
