Unable to reproduce the issue in Joomla 4.4.9 using JCE Pro 2.9.81. JCE profiles could be accessed using both PHP 8.3.10 and PHP 7.4.33.
Turn on the option 'Debug System' in the Global Configuration and the PHP call stack will show where exactly the error message is reported from.
