Language - Joomla! 5.x • Re: Error in localise.php installing multilingual

I reviewed both the language packs English-Canada (en-CA_joomla_lang_full_5.0.2v1.zip) & French-Canada (fr-CA_joomla_lang_full_5.0.2v1) and found issues with them as summarized below:

• English-Canada
  1. In the file localise.php located in the directory \administrator\language\en-CA, the abstract class declared is En_GBLocalise - This must be En_CALocalise
  2. In the file localise.php located in the directory \language\en-CA, the abstract class declared is En_GBLocalise - This must be En_CALocalise
• French-Canada
  1. In the file localise.php located in the directory \administrator\language\fr-CA, the abstract class declared is En_CALocalise - This must be Fr_CALocalise
  2. In the file localise.php located in the directory \language\en-CA, the abstract class declared is En_CALocalise - This must be Fr_CALocalise

For now, you could correct them manually and test. Make sure to take a copy of the original files before editing them.

Note:
You could inform the translators who publish these languages about these issues so that they can correct them and publish the next versions of the language packs.
